Looking for a solution for extracting Alkaloids/phytochemicals from Winca Rosa plant materials flowers leaves &roots.
Can any one give the best way to carry out the operation with least damage CO2 Extraction or Ethyl Alcohol Distillation.

Sub-critical CO2 extraction. We've successfully used it for extraction of fennel, sandalwood, cinnamon. yarrow and even frankincense. The yields are higher than other techniques and there is little or no breakdown of the alkaloids and the higher MW compounds of interest are also recovered.
