Need help with this Equipment
Forgive me if this is not the place to post this.Recently had a friend pass and I purchased the following equipment from his family.Im fairly mechanically inclined and would like to know if anyone here may be able to tell me how to assemble and use the equipment in the following pictures.Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.Thank you
